Laura Pak, MD, FACS
Dr. Laura Pak was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Dallas, Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a major in English literature. Dr. Pak attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and was a post-graduate research fellow in Heart Transplantation at the Texas Heart Institute. She completed her General Surgical residency, Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery fellowships at UCSF. She is the current Chief of the Division of Vascular/Endovascular Surgery at Marin General Hospital and is also a founding member of the Young Surgeons Advisory Group for the national Society for Vascular Surgery. Prior to joining Cardiology Associates, she was an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery at UCSF. Dr. Pak has authored numerous book chapters and papers and has special interest in vascular screening and critical limb ischemia. She is Board certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
