Sujoya Dey, MD, FACC
Dr. Sujoya Dey is the Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmia. She graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Stanford University. She completed residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, and then two fellowships in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Michigan, under the direction of Dr. Fred Morady. Dr. Dey served on the clinical faculty at the University of Michigan before joining Cardiovascular Associates. She has authored book chapters and published scientific articles, and participated in several clinical trials. Dr. Dey has presented her research both nationally and internationally at the meetings of the American College of Cardiology, Heart Rhythm Society, and European Society of Cardiology. Her clinical expertise includes the implantation of cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators to treat congestive heart failure and prevent sudden cardiac death. Dr. Dey has extensive experience in performing catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
